This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal contract between you (“End User” or “You”) and CapsDev Gurukul (“Licensor” or “We”) governing the use of the services provided by Bhavalay – School of Emotions (“Service”).

By accessing, using, or subscribing to the Service, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not access or use the Service.

1. Grant of License:

• Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Licensor grants You a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Service for personal purposes.

1. Account Registration:

• To access certain features of the Service, You may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.

1. Restrictions:

• You may not sublicense, sell, rent, lease, or distribute any portion of the Service.
• You may not use the Service for any illegal, unauthorized, or unethical purposes.

1. Intellectual Property:

• The Service and all related intellectual property rights are and will remain the exclusive property of Licensor.

1. Privacy and Data Security:

• Licensor will collect and process personal information as described in the Privacy Policy. By using the Service, You consent to such collection and processing.

1. Warranty Disclaimer:

• The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. Licensor does not warrant that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted.

1. Limitation of Liability:

• In no event shall Licensor be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Service.

1. Termination:

• This Agreement is effective until terminated. Licensor may terminate this Agreement at any time without notice.

1. Governing Law:

• This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Madhya Pradesh Jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

1. Entire Agreement:

• This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings.

1. Severability:

• If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.

1. Updates and Support:

• Licensor may provide updates or support for the Service at its discretion.

By accessing or using the Service, You acknowledge that You have read and understood this Agreement and agree to be bound by its terms.
